1GUH WATCH is a vibrant celebration of dancehall, a Jamaica-born form of expression which embodies the emotions, struggles, and triumphs of popular culture. In this new work, Tamara Alegre, the Switzerland-based choreographer, collaborates with Jamaican artists Dynamic Legends, Miss Rose and guests, capturing the power and spirituality of every movement. Unifying any differences that might exist, this performance transcends cultural and geographical boundaries in order to pay tribute to the heritage and creativity of this dance.
